H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse Third Floor West

This design-build project was the 11,602-SF renovation of two existing courtrooms and associated holding cells, jury and witness rooms, and other associated spaces. In addition to the two existing courtrooms, the scope of work included the creation of a new courtroom within the Third Floor Courtroom set, renovation of the public corridor that accesses the courtrooms and the renovation of the secured corridor shared by the courtroom sets.
