NSF Thurmont SATOC

Cooper was awarded the 5-year construction and maintenance Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the Naval Support Facility in Thurmont MD, more commonly known as Camp David. This iteration of the SATOC raised the contracting limit to $48 Million dollars. Under this contract we perform renovations and maintenance to the wide variety of needs at this unique facility that serves as both a military facility and as a Presidential retreat.

The SATOC also covers the temporary support facilities for several government agencies needed at the privately owned executive residences. These locations span the US and typically require infrastructure upgrades and modifications.
