Research SCIF

This project is an 2,506-SF design-build SCIF build out of an existing space for a defense contractor in need of additional research areas. TEMPEST countermeasures were implemented, which included foil and sheet metal for RF shielding, power filters, waveguides, and STC rated and RF shielded doors. Structural work was required to ensure continuity of the secure perimeter and fire protection requirements, including requiring construction of a hard lid.
