Security Upgrades

Cooper was awarded a $2.4 Million dollar construction project to upgrade the security and access control systems throughout NSF Thurmont. This always-active mission critical facility required that there were no interruptions to the security systems. This challenging project required coordination with many stakeholders at all levels.
